How it works
Send drawings or a sample. We review moldability and return feedback on wall thickness, draft, and gate placement.
Tool design, machining, and T1 samples for approval before any production commitment.
Short production trial with dimensional inspection to validate the process before mass production.
Scheduled production runs with in-process quality checks at defined intervals.
Final outgoing inspection against the agreed AQL, then export-ready packing.
Coordinated freight forwarding with full export documentation.
